  1. I gladly accept your invitation to speak at the upcoming Western Massachusetts Business Seminar.  I understand my speech will be at 2:30 p.m. on June 14, to be followed by a reception.

My speech will be on the topic "State Sources for Small Business Financing."  I will be prepared to talk for 45 minutes and answer questions from the audience.  There will also be some printed materials to be distributed and a chart that I will refer to in my speech.  If you could provide an easel for the chart, that would be helpful.
